- 1/2 cup couscous
- 2 tablespoons coconut powder
- 1/4 cup mixed freeze dried vegetable blend
- 1/4 cup freeze dried broccoli
- 1/4 cup dried mushrooms
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ancho powder (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Thoroughly combine the first 8 ingredients together in a quart-sized Ziploc Freezer Bag. Store the olive oil separately in a reusable container or disposable water bottle.
Heat 1-1/2 cups of water to a boil. After the water has cooled slightly, pour 3/4 cup of the water into the Ziploc Freezer Bag and seal, leaving a small opening for hot air to escape. Once the water has been absorbed, taste for consistency, adding more water as needed. As a final step, add the olive oil and mix thoroughly to incorporate.
